Where do I find NEW information?
Login / Logout Tips
- Your Username will be your email address, but if it is your first time logging in, select “Lost Your Password”, on the Login/Logout page, to request a password reset. Check your email for a link to reset your password.
- If you have forgotten your password, select “Lost Your Password”, on the Login/Logout page. Check your email for a link to reset your password.
- If you are having difficulty with logging in, complete the Login Assistance Form.
- If you see the words “Log out” above the Login / Logout Tips, then you are still logged in. You will need to click on the words “Log out” to completely log out.
Password or Name Change?
- If you need to change your name, email or password, complete the Member Profile Update page.
