Select “Lost Your Password” to reset your password. Check your email “INBOX” for the message to reset your password. OR: If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your SPAM or JUNK folder. OR: Some email programs might save the email in the OTHER tab, versus the FOCUS tab.

To Create a “New” Password choose a password that is 10 or more characters in length. It should include both upper and lower case letters, plus one or more numbers and/or special characters. If you choose a password that is too “weak”, it may not process.

If you see “Log out” near the top, then you are still logged in. Click on “Log out” to completely log out.
